		<description>Jason, this is a very good piece and I agree with you on about 95%.  The only differencer is that I think you need to understand the learner AND the organisation or environment in which he or she works.</description>

		<description>Hmm...excellent correlation between sales (Solution Selling) and training (learning vs. training).  Isn't "learning" the whole model for training adults, anyway?  Learner-centered approaches have traditionally worked the best when I've led training for adults.

Again, great correlation and tie-in from Solution Selling to Training.</description>
